Internal family systems or IFS is an integrative psychotherapy model that not only maps out the parts of our internal system that may be holding us back or causing disharmony in ones life physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually. IFS also offers the space, framework & guidance to connect with those parts and integrate through Self leadership. This service is for a 1on1 90min session with Christian.
